Referral Program Terms & Conditions

We continually add new programs for you to promote and make great income. You can Sign up for the Referral Program by Clicking Here.

Read carefully before joining this program. You agree that you are NOT allowed to do the following things if approved for the referral program and by doing any of the following, you will either receive a warning or be removed from the program and agree that any commissions will be forfeited without recourse. You may also be blacklisted for any of our other products.

1. You are NOT permitted to conduct e-mail promotions in a 3rd party system – all e-mail contacts MUST be your OWN opt in e-mail list. You cannot buy or rent lists, use spam or anything that could be viewed as spam.
2. You must NOT run “negative” PPC or Iframe domain campaigns such as “Product name / author name scam” or any other method to attract controversial click through rates that an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of the product. This creates a very bad image for our products, Services and company and the individuals featured in the products. You will be terminated from the program instantly if you do any of these.
3. You cannot earn commission on your own purchase. Any ‘self’ purchase commission will be nullified. You need to have 2 sales before commissions are paid and a minimum of $10 to trigger the first pay out.
4. You are not to offer Cash rebates under any circumstances.

Things you CAN do (subject to change without notice – please check back here regularly)

5. Paid traffic campaigners may bid on any keywords including the product names and author names as long as you agree that these trademarks and product names are the property of http://www.amberitservices.com.au and you are only using them under agreement. This agreement maybe revoked at any time. Make sure all campaigns abide by point number 2.
6. iFrames, review sites and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not contain offensive or negative domain URLs.
7. We reserve the right to change referral payments and will do so by giving all Referrers that are on our mailing list 14 days notice.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Commision is paid the Friday after the client you referred has has paid us and the payment is cleared.
  

• It is your responsibility to make sure that your Paypal Email Address/Mobile Number is updated if it should change. We will not be held responsible should any payments not be recoverable from Paypal.
  

• To Australian Referrers. Some Referrer Commission is GST Inclusive and you may be required to provide a Tax Invoice prior to receiving payments.
  

All Referrer payments will be made via Paypal. Make sure your payment information is correct on our system.
